RE-MMAP provides agreed upon procedures (AUPs) and financial testing services to our clients during acquisition process. We work closely with our clients to develop customized testing procedures based on the unique needs of a particular project. Our deliverable is a concise AUP report tailored towards our clients's unique transactional needs. The report can be used for deal analysis, profitability projections, decision making, and potential renegotiation. Examples of the services that our experienced team of professionals can provide include the following:

• Confirm the existence and accuracy of income statement items by comparing them to external sources such as bank statements, vender invoices, and confirmation letters

• Confirm the existence and accuracy of assets listed on a balance sheet, and identify and evaluate existing or potential liabilities

• Compare tax returns filed with the federal and state governments to financial statements to confirm consistency and discover any discrepancies
